Responsible AI
Technology that earns trust.
Technology that earns trust.
AIXO EDU uses AI as a creative tool, not a replacement for human judgement, care, or expertise. This page describes exactly how we approach artificial intelligence, what we use it for, and what we will never do with it.
“AI should make learning more human, not less. Every tool we use is held to that standard.”
Our Six Principles
These are not aspirational statements. They are operational commitments backed by our editorial processes.
Safety by Design
Every AI-assisted feature is reviewed by our editorial and safeguarding teams before release. We apply a children-first safety framework to all outputs, regardless of audience.
Transparent Outputs
When AI assists in creating content, we label it clearly. You will always know what was human-made, what was AI-assisted, and how the final output was reviewed.
Human in the Loop
No AI-generated educational content is published without human review. Our team of educators, designers, and child development specialists approve every resource.
Fairness & Representation
We actively audit our AI tools for bias, particularly around cultural representation, language, and inclusion. Equity is not optional, it is a design requirement.
Purposeful Use
We use AI to amplify human creativity, not replace it. Our goal is to empower our makers, educators, and families, not to automate them out of the experience.
Data Sovereignty
We do not use personal data, including children's names or likenesses, to train AI models. Your data is yours. It is used only to fulfil your order.
What We Will Never Do
Use children's personal data, names, or likenesses to train AI models
Publish AI-generated content without human editorial review
Use AI to produce content that is politically, racially, or culturally biased without correction
Deploy AI systems that make consequential decisions about learners without human oversight
Partner with AI providers who cannot demonstrate responsible data practices
Use generative AI to replace our human educators, illustrators, or editorial team
