We offer two types of digital educational resources: ready-made digital downloads (PDF worksheets, colouring activities, phonics packs, activity bundles, and learning resources) and bespoke custom digital projects (personalised storybooks, branded learning kits, custom school resources, and workshop decks). Everything is digital, available to download and print from anywhere in the world.

Yes, inclusive design is central to everything we create. Our resources use clear fonts, high contrast, and straightforward instructions suitable for a wide range of learners. Many of our worksheets include visual cues and step-by-step scaffolding. If you have specific requirements (e.g. dyslexia-friendly formatting, larger print), please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our core range is designed for children aged 3-12 years, with most products clearly labelled by age suitability. Early years resources (ages 3-5) focus on phonics, colours, shapes, and fine motor skills. Primary-age resources (ages 5-12) cover literacy, maths, science topics, and creative activities. We also offer family activity packs suitable for mixed-age siblings.

Yes. Our standard licence allows use in a single classroom or setting. You may print worksheets multiple times for your own class. You may not share digital files with other teachers or resell any material. If you need a multi-classroom or whole-school licence, please contact us for a discounted quote.

All our digital products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files. They are designed to print crisp and clear at A4 or US Letter size. Most PDFs are print-optimised and work on standard home printers, school printers, or at a professional print shop.

A Custom Digital Project is a bespoke piece of educational content created specifically for you, your child, your class, or your organisation. Examples include personalised digital storybooks featuring your child's name and appearance, branded PDF learning kits for a school or business, custom worksheet packs built around a specific topic or curriculum need, and workshop or presentation decks for educators and facilitators.

Visit our Custom Projects page and review the project brief form. Share your ideas, your intended audience, your desired deliverable, and your timeline. We will respond within 1 working day to discuss your requirements and provide a quote before any work begins.

Timelines depend on the complexity of the project. Most personalised digital PDFs are ready within 2-5 working days of confirming the brief and approving the quote. Larger projects such as branded learning kits or school resource packs typically take 1-3 weeks. Rush turnaround may be available, please mention your timeline when you submit your brief.

Absolutely, that is what makes our personalised digital books so special. We can incorporate virtually any first name. We also offer customisation for the child's appearance (skin tone, hair colour, eye colour) in our illustrated books. For unusual names or very specific requirements, please use the project brief form so we can confirm feasibility.

Payments and automatic download links are coming very soon. In the meantime, you can enquire about any product and we will arrange delivery directly. Once our full shop is live, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure download link immediately after purchase.

Yes, all AIXO EDU products are digital downloads. There are no physical items to post, so anyone in any country can access our resources. Simply download, save, and print wherever you are.

Yes. We offer discounted rates for schools, nurseries, and childminders purchasing multiple resources or whole-pack licences. If you are purchasing on behalf of an educational setting, please use the custom projects enquiry form or email us directly to discuss a quote.

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds on digital products unless there is a fault with the file (e.g. it is corrupted or not as described). If there is any issue with your download, contact us and we will re-issue or replace it promptly.
